“ Enjoyed a great evening at the Capital Grill with our waiter Carlos. His recommendations were spot on. We enjoyed a lobster and crab cake appetizer, then a ribeye entree which was cooked to perfection.... Can’t wait to return, and would highly recommend. ”
“ Capital Grille absolutely saved our Valentine’s Day! We had reservations at another restaurant (a Brazilian steak house down the street) but they overbooked and there was at least an hour wait!!! We walked into Capital Grille hoping that we could at least sit at the bar. The maitre d’ was incredibly kind and found us a table! The hostess, Jasmine, was so sweet as she walked us to our table. Our server, Brian, was INCREDIBLE! He accommodated finding us non-alcoholic options (we don’t drink!), he was incredibly knowledgeable of the entire menu, and truly the best server we’ve had honestly... ever! He made our entire night. We had the passion fruit mojito mocktail, the lobster and crab cake as an appetizer (AMAZING!), my boyfriend got the maple bourbon glazed NY Strip with shrimp, I had the porcini rubbed bone-in ribeye with 15-year aged balsamic. We were in heaven! For desert, cappuccino and the brulee style cheesecake. Everything was just perfect.
